Student General Assembly (GSA)

The Student General Assembly regularly takes place, once per semester. There we inform you about all new developments in university politics and events and introduce ourselves and our work.

Summer semester 2023

When? Tue, May 16; 9:45-11:15 (Munich) or 10:00-12:00 (Garching, WZW).

Where? Audimax City center, MW001 Garching, HS14 Weihenstephan; links to the stream can be found in the Moodle course.

During the Student Assembly we will inform you about current developments in university politics and upcoming events.
Whether it's tuition fees, student grants or developments in Teaching at TUM, we report and then gladly take the time to answer any questions you may have about your studies.

After our lecture, we will be available to answer your questions. The SVV takes place as a lecture with interactive part

Topics for the upcoming GSA are for example:

  • tuition fees for internationals: what's coming, when and for whom?
  • study grants: what will the money be used for to improve Teaching?
  • student housing: what's going on around the housing working group?
  • student mobility: how will we be traveling in future and at what cost?
  • sustainability: a new Vice President, nice, but what's next?
  • events: what's coming up in the next few months?
