Heads of our events

Our parties, festivals and other events have main organizers who take care of the organization and are responsible for it. They are elected as representatives by the TUM Student Council. They plan, coordinate, motivate, apply, maintain contacts, communicate and structure processes etc..

A main organizer searches an event core team of stand managers who take care of the assembly and disassembly, advertising, finances, bars, food, the grill and many other areas. As a main organizer, you have to keep an overview of your event, motivate the team and always keep calm. You learn how to plan processes and appointments, to lead a team and distribute tasks, create calculations and negotiate with sponsors, the fire brigade and the authorities. A challenging but pretty cool task!

As an organizer you are never alone. You will be supported by a team of experienced organizers who will help you with any difficulties. If you've always wanted to organize a big event, you're right!
