Event Technology Department

The Event Technology Department looks after more than 20 events per year - e.g. the Open Air TUNIX and GARNIX as well as the student council parties such as the esp, Unity, Brückenfest etc. - and supports them by renting and operating the event technology. The department provides light and sound technology from its own pool and provides the volunteers for the assembly and disassembly as well as the maintenance and operation of the systems.

The representatives have the task of managing the department, keeping an overview over their own technology and appointments, coordinating everything, taking care of the maintenance of the technology and training new volunteers. Therefore, a certain experience and longer previous work at the department are essential for this position.
